Challenge
With a pending Series C round on the horizon, an 80-person SaaS company found itself struggling to keep up with aggressive hiring goals. Their internal recruiter needed immediate support.

We stepped in to build out their core technical and leadership teams. Starting with engineering, and later expanding to product and design, inclusive of those departments’ leadership roles, we helped scale the company to 500 people in just 3 years.
